You can expect a sneak peek within three days of your session and your full online album within two weeks of your session date.
FAQ
How should I prepare for an in-home session?
Natural lighting is the most important piece to a great in-home session. Every home is different but this is typically the living room, master, nursery. Do not stress about having a perfectly spotless house instead focus on decluttering areas you think we will be shooting the most. I can also assist once I get to your home.
What’s the best time to have a session?
Sun chasers forever! I love to shoot in the evening before sunset as I only use natural light which gives that honey glow we all love. However, I know evenings can be tough with littles and will work with you to find the perfect time that works for your family.
We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?
Of course! I want to create a relaxed environment where everyone feels comfortable. If you don't know what to do in front of the camera have no fear! I am here to guide you and offer gentle posing guidance so the love of your family translates in your images.
How should we dress for our family session?
Choose colors that compliment each other instead of matching one another. Think warm, earthy, rich and neutral colors. Wear what makes you comfortable while creating a cohesive look! If you want more information, ask me about my style guide :)
What should I expect from a session?
We will set up a phone call to go over a quick questionnaire together. This is where I will get to know you and your family beforehand so we can come up with a plan to create the best experience and images for you. Expect guidance from me during your session to help create a carefree and relaxed environment.
